By purchasing a ticket, either as a volunteer or standard paying guest, or being granted a free ticket as an artist, contractor, etc. or a guest of HogSozzle, and entering the festival site, being the field of Waterbridge and the car park (the “Site”), to take part in HogSozzle Music Festival, you are agreeing to, and will comply with, the following conditions:
You shall follow the instructions of Site management, HogSozzle crew and security at all times. You will familiarise yourself with the Security Rules and familiarise yourself, and comply, with the Conditions of Entrance, both of which will be available and fully visible [at the entrance to the Site?].
HogSozzle Music Festival is over 18s only. All persons may be asked for ID and will not be served alcohol if ordered without proof of age of over 18 years.
Gate opening and permitted entry times:
Fri 12pm – 9pm
Sat 9am – 6pm
Sun 9am – 6pm
You will not be admitted into the Site if you do not have a valid ticket for the festival (a “Ticket”). The Ticket allows entry for 1 person only with the exception of the Hog Herd that allows entry for 6 people. Tickets will be scanned and swapped for a wrist band upon arrival. Wristbands removed or tampered with throughout the duration of HogSozzle Music Festival will be invalid and will not be replaced.
Only pre-booked campervans will be permitted into the car park with a valid ticket. There will be no camping or sleeping in vehicles within the car park, other than in pre-booked campervans.
The ticket is not redeemable for cash.
The ticket is a revocable license to the bearer only and may be revoked at any time for any reason. The holder of the ticket voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers arising from and incidental to HogSozzle Music Festival for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the music festival.
If you arrive at the Site outside the gate opening and entry times, in order to enter the Site you must provide security and/or HogSozzle crew with your passport or driving licence. HogSozzle crew will then validate your entry to the Site and return your passport or driving licence the following day.
No readmissions between 9pm and 9am each day.
You must vacate the Site by 3pm on the Monday after the festival.
You will be searched at the entrance for any items that can be used in an illegal or offensive manner these will be confiscated immediately. Persons suspected of carrying out illegal and/or offensive activities on the festival Site will be searched and face permanent eviction.
You will familiarise yourself with, and abide by, the Security Rules which can be found at the gated entrance to the Site.
Entry policy and procedure including publicised conditions of entry, prohibited items, search policy on entry, entry refusal process. Prohibited items to include glass of any kind, weapons, illegal drugs, including psychoactive substances, fireworks, sky lanterns or kites, CO2 canisters, flares, laser pens, open or unsealed vessels of any description, alcohol over the allowed allowance of 16 cans / 8 litres of beer or cider, or 2.25 litres (one box) of wine per person.
On re-admittance of a person no alcohol to be brought onto the site by that person.
Reasonable quantity of alcohol (in a non-glass container) for personal consumption may be brought onto the Site and taken immediately to the campsite on only one occasion and may only be retained and consumed in the campsite. No spirits are allowed on Site, including in the campsite. The Site is a glass free zone. Any spirits and/or glass will be confiscated on arrival.
Maximum amount of alcohol per person:
-8l (16 cans) cans of cider OR beer OR similar strength drink
–OR 2.25l of wine
Only alcohol purchased from the bars is permitted anywhere else on Site and within the arena. Drinks tokens will be made available to purchase drinks from the bars
Security and HogSozzle crew and Site management reserve the right to move people that are loitering, or consuming alcohol, in the carpark.
CCTV will be present. All persons on Site consent to filming.
All persons will use the premises in a proper and lawful manner and not so as to cause any nuisance, annoyance or inconvenience to other persons on Site or neighbouring properties, or to render void or voidable any insurance in whole or in part. This will be monitored by the Site management and any persons breaching this condition may face permanent ejection from the Site at the discretion of Site management and HogSozzle.
Anti-social behaviour which affects the enjoyment of other attendees and/or affects the running of the event and/or causes damage to the Site, infrastructure or equipment, will result in the immediate and permanent ejection from the Site by security.
The Site management reserve the right to refuse admission or to eject attendees from the event without reimbursement of ticket price or other costs.
The Site management reserve the right to cancel the event without notice. The Site management and HogSozzle exclude liability for loss, injury or damage to persons or property except in respect of death or personal injury resulting from their own recklessness or negligence.
The Site management reserve the right to change the services provided and any other aspects of the event without notice.
You will be notified by email the weather forecast, exact location and travel advice a minimum of 7 days before the event start date. Details allowing you to arrange public transport will be advised a minimum of 30 days in advance.
You will need to bring your own tent, clothes and sleeping bag suitable for the weather conditions and any potential changes in weather conditions. If you have purchased the Lazy Pig ticket option, then you will be provided with a tent and sleeping bag.
HogSozzle and Site management are not responsible for articles lost, misplaced, or stolen at the event for which this ticket grants admission.
HogSozzle only use ‘Throwing Powder’ designed for the purpose of events and festivals. The coloured powder is made from non-toxic materials and is a cosmetic product on the approved list of ingredients for cosmetic applications.
If you participate or attend the Paint Fight, you are strongly advised to wear eye protection and a dust mask to protect your eyes and your lungs. A number of dust masks will be provided free of charge before the Paint Fight, but due to the limited number of dust masks available, you are strongly advised to bring your own.
Anyone who participates in the Paint Fight without wearing eye protection and a dust mask does so at their own risk. HogSozzle accepts no liability in the event that these items are not worn as advised.
Eye wash stations and first aiders will be available in the unlikely event they are needed.
Those with allergies or sensitivities are advised not to participate in the Paint Fight. Whilst our paint is non-toxic, there is always a small risk of irritation which cannot be avoided.
Everyone in the Paint Fight is strongly advised to wear all white for a ridiculous colour contrast! The paint can usually be washed out of clothes but colour cast cannot be excluded. The sooner you wash your clothes the better and a colour catcher in the washing machine should help, but you should not wear any of your favourite clothes or clothes which you do not want to be potentially damaged or ruined. HogSozzle will not be responsible for any stains or damage caused to clothing or other items such as accessories or vehicles as a result of your participation in the Paint Fight. You are advised to cover car seats with towels if wearing paint covered clothing in your vehicle.
You voluntarily agree that Site management, HogSozzle, facility providers, participants, artists, and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employees are expressly released by you from any claims incidental to the event or purpose for which the ticket is issued.
All tickets are purchased at risk of severe weather. Time, date, and location of the event are subject to change. This ticket will not be replaced or exchanged for any reason.
Shipping, handling, and service charges are non-refundable, even if the event is cancelled.
WARNING – Excessive exposure to loud music may be damaging to your hearing.
WARNING – The ground at the site may be uneven and wet. Please ensure you bring suitable footwear. HogSozzle accept no liability for damage or injury caused as a result of intoxication, failure to wear appropriate footwear and failure to pay appropriate care and attention to the layout and terrain of the Site, particularly in the case of severe weather. If an area of the Site appears dangerous or unsafe, you agree to notify a member of Site management or Team Ridiculous immediately and not to do anything, or omit to do anything, which may put you, or anyone else at the festival, at risk
… WARNING – You are advised to bring protective eyewear and dust masks for the Paint Fight. Participants taking part in the Paint Fight do so at their own risk.
The purchase and use of tickets, entry to the event, all activities at the event, and your right to remain on the Site throughout the event are subject to these Conditions. These Conditions may be amended at any time without prior notice.
Any non-compliance with these Conditions can result in the offender being immediately and permanently ejected from the Site.
Delivery of tickets
When purchasing all tickets, except for the payment plan, via the HogSozzle website, tickets will be delivered within 1 hour, via email, upon receipt of payment. When purchasing payment plan tickets via the HogSozzle website, tickets will be delivered 1 hour after the final installment. Ticket emails may be delivered to your junk folder. Please be sure to check in there.
Due to the limited number of tickets available to our event we apply the following cancellation and refund policy:
- Requests for refunds received more than 12 working days prior to the date of the event and no more than 30 days after payment was made will receive a full refund
- Requests for refunds received within 12 working days of the event date or more than 30 days after payment was made, refund will not be given
We do update this Policy from time to time so please do review this Policy regularly.

In running and maintaining our website we may collect and process the following data about you:

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties
