Danny got the musical bug at a young age, and started DJing garage music at 17, eventually going on to run his own night until the age of 20. It wasn’t until some well-informed mates took him to Ibiza, that his musical prospects were opened. After a visit or two to DC10 and Space, this musical pilgrimage saw Danny’s style develop from grimy garage into the solid chunks of tough house and techno that he languishes in today. Danny then went on to DJ around Leeds taking his new-found love of house and techno to places like Stinky’s and Distrikt to name but a few, and even starting his own night, Fat Jacky’s. As well as rubbing musical shoulders on lineups with the likes of Tom Demac and Cari Lekebusch, Danny’s own productions have been featured on labels such as Soulman Music, Assembly Records, TUG Underground, Play Now Records and What Happens Records gaining support from Nic Fanciulli, Slam and Art Department. Here’s to a filthy future.
